Good food..nice to get out!

I've only been here one time. The restaurant was okay. The food was all right. but the one thing that stuck out for me was how long it took. when we arrived there was a group of three elderly people sitting next to us with coffees. We got our food before they did. not to mention when they finally did get there's one was a bowl of fruit and 2 were egg sandwiches which were flat as a pancake. I don't think I would return.

Nice portions. Toast wasn't really warm at all. Good ingredients. Say quickly. Nice & air conditioned. Smiles everywhere. Seems like everyone knows everyone and everyone is good people. CLEAN! Nothing worse than an unclean place and nothing better than when the wood still shines. Would recommend.

Lauren's Restaurant is a good place to visit if you are traveling in a small group of four or less. Our group contained five adults and two kids and it took them an hour to seat us. Considering the fact that their seating arrangement is mostly suited for small parties and the restaurant itself is somewhat small, it wasn't a complete surprise to us, though they repeatedly told us that it would only be a few more minutes. Aside from the wait time, the restaurant itself is accessible for individuals utilizing assistive technology, such as walkers or wheelchairs and tables are able to be rearranged as necessary. The restaurant is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the food was absolutely worth the long wait.

Slow waitress hard to find, had to wait 35 min for basic breakfast

Lauren's is a no frills place with friendly people and good food. Their takeout is always fresh, delicious and timely. I highly recommend their Chicken Mozembique

We’ve been here for breakfast and dinner and both were excellent. Good variety of choices on the menu and it’s good comfort food. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the new outside covered patio. We’ll be back!!

Food is good breakfast until 4pm price is reasonable. The Waitresses are awesome in the cook it's fantastic especially that young one.

Been here twice and both times my food took way to long and was cold, servers were polite and friendly though

Been my families favorite place to get fish and chip take out on Fridays. Tonight i took some family there visiting from out of town. 5 of us and EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!! I got the pot pie. My son got the steak. Made my sister in law a pasta dish with scallops.... The service was amazing! Atmosphere super cozy.... Lauren's is my new favorite restaurant!!!!-

Great food and service

We have gone here for years without a problem. This morning my wife and 3 children and I waited 40 minutes for our food. Several other tables were cleared and new guests served and the customers left before us... everything on my plate was cold. Cold omelet, cold home fries and cold toast. At least my son's chicken came out hot, but they cannot multitask and serve a table with several people.I really hope they get back to at least average service. We really looked forward to going here today, and were let down.

Nice small diner, foods pretty good and not too expensive. It can slow down when it's busy, but that's expected. Love coming here for any meal at anytime of the day

Nice restaurant. Went there for late breakfast. Had to wait 45 minutes for our breakfast...only drawback. Need more cooks in the kitchen!

Service and food prep is very, very slow. Go when you have plenty of time.

Food was good. The wait time was unbearable. The place was not all that busy and it took almost an hour to get our food...I think when waitresses spend more time apologising than delivering food to tables it is a problem...

Have been several times for breakfast and now have ordered twice to bring home, each time the food was great. Will be ordering again and eventually going there again for breakfast.

Dinner last night: ordered salad with raspberry balsamic. Woman dropped salad with ranch on the table and continued walking. Chicken was dry and nearly inedible.Breakfast today: ordered tea with honey. Received tea. Went up to counter and asked for honey. "I'll bring it to your table" Waited and watched woman take inventory for 5 minutes. Went up and STOOD THERE. Got dirty look, but received honey.Only come here if you are willing to eat what THEY decide to serve you, not what you order.

We usually go in with a troop of kids between 7 and 12. They're always accommodating to the children and any allergies they may have. The food is good and the specials are always delicious.

Lil gem, great food, menu is fantastic and priced great. Don't skip it, give it a visit.

Great eatery/bar. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reasonable prices and good portions. Very nice and friendly staff.

Went for breakfast with a large group on a Sunday morning. Fortunately, they took our reservation - the place was packed! The food was good and portion size was OK for the price. Most of the orders came out together with 1 exception (I know, the place was packed!) and all orders were correct. Overall, a good breakfast spot. We'll try again with a smaller group next time.

I had a steak onion and cheese and it was gooood! I want to go back so I can get it again!

Conveniently located right along Metacom Avenue, we went here for brunch on Superbowl Sunday and the food was fantastic! It was busy but we still got seated right away. Overall a great place for a good bite!

Great food, great prices. Has something for everyone. Their gorgonzola walnut salad is the BEST!

Love this place! Went in for take out today and the woman working the counter was awesome and hilarious. The Philly cheesesteak I got was the best I’ve had outside of Philadelphia. Their breakfast is awesome too, would deff suggest the chouriço omelette.

They were a little slow with the service. I got the lunch portion of baked haddock and ot was the smallest piece of fish I have ever been served. That and a small 'cup' of rice for $9.99. I will not go back.

Went here with my family. Very friendly servers and delicious food. Everyone really enjoyed their meal and dessert was out of this world. You must try the apple pie.

Very forgetful of the small things you have with what you order. I ordered the roast beef with ausue. But never got the assue. My meal sucked. Check your order before you pay for it. Very disappointed. You suck Would have made my own and would have been better. No excuses

I've mostly gotten breakfast here and they have the best pancakes and eggs benny. Their eggs are perfectly poached everytime! Ive only been once for dinner and got the chicken parm pasta, the person I was with got fish n' chips. YUM!
